Great. I now live in highest-cost, least affordable city in Australia. Makes me all warm and fuzzy to think that I bought my place 12 months ago. Makes me feel less warm and fuzzy to think what something like this would cost in Melbourne… Think I’ll move there. (Watch this space!)
