“A Week is a Long Time in Politics” as the saying goes…
So a few months must be a lifetime.
It seems insane that less than 4 months ago WA had Geoff Gallop 
as Premier and Labor leader with Liberal leader Alan Carpenter with his shiny new re-shuffled cabinet and a new Liberal Oposition leader in
Paul Omodei after he ousted Matt Birney a few weeks ago.
I’ll be honest, rather than “Will these leaders be good for us, the people?” my first reaction was “Shit!! I’d just learnt to draw Geoff Gallop and Matt Birney!”
Here’s a quick 10-second pencil sketch of Paul Omodei from what glimpse I caught of him on Channel 7 news last week. He’s got a bit of a ‘bum-nose’ which will come in handy… I think I have some work to do.
