Context: Outcomes based education has become more of a farce than initially thought. The WA education system is said by some to be in a shambles with the introduction of unnnecessarily complex outcomes-based courses in highschool. It's not only teachers that are having trouble interpreting the new courses; the parents can barely scratch together a logical interpretation of the report cards that are produced through this system.
