Context : The Perth City Council is reining in its $10million Northbridge Piazza at a rate of
knots.
The grand vision of old is out and a new austerity is in.No more fountain, no more shade structure. Already it's
killed off other elements. Byt the time it's finished it'll probably just be a bloody great big carpark.
