Context : WA Planning and Infrastructure minister, Alannah MacTiernan has had nothing but hickups and
delays in the construction of her 'visionary' railway line from Perth to Mandurah. If it's not union strikes, it's
pending law suits and cost blow-outs. The project was expected to be finished this year, and the line is still
only as far as Perth, with an estimated budget blow-out of over $200Million...
