Context : The government is proposing 3:00am lock-out laws for clubs in Perth to aleviate the problems
of antisocial behaviour on Perth's streets, meaning that after 3am, if you leave a club, you cannot re-enter.
(Is it just me or will this mean more people roaming around the streets?... and less business for pub owners)
