Context : Perth police have been given "move on" powers to aleviate problems of loitering in Perth,
the Aboriginal leaders are complaining that there should be sacred meeting sites in central Perth
-- for now they will just be told to move on.. where to nobody is really expected to know, and it appears
that no-one really cares. I've been kind on the left panel - I know in all likelyhood the English settler
would have sooner shot the Aboriginal than tell him to move on.. but it makes for a good comparison.
