Context : The City of Perth has decided to pull funding for the "Nyoongar Patrol", a government funded
initiative to battle aboriginal crime in Northbride. The patrol has allegedly failed so the funding has been cut.
The patrol and the PCChas been accused by Northbridge club owner Nick Scott of being a "cost-shifting" excercise.
The money will probably go into something like fixing cracks in the pavement around perth or getting
rid of bubble gum on the sidewalks...
