Context : TherA below-par effort from the Cats has cost the club four vital premiership points with
Geelong going down to Fremantle by nine points, 14.7 (91) to 11.16 (82) in front of 20,869 fans at
Skilled Stadium on Saturday in one of the upsets of the season. Fremantle has had an unpredictable
start to the season with a bit of a rollercoaster style performance, one week winning, next week being
absolutely thrashed, followed by a win of 112 points, followed by another thrashing.. and then another win..
Geelong coach Mark Thompson made reference to Fremantle's performance as a bit of a roller-coaster ride..
..right before Freo beat Geelong.
