Context : Northbridge nightclub owner Neil Scott this week decided to get himself a wheel-barrow and a sledge-hammer..
..and take to his "DV8" nightclub with it..When quizzed by the Voice journo about it, he jovially replied:
"I wanna make it a pub-club!". Of course, Mr. Scott began these "renovations" without any council approval.
He was approached by a council officer who warned him not to continue without a permit. He did not heed that warning,
but no punishment has yet been administered. Mr Scott is quoted as saying "Nah they know not to mess with me."
