Context : Perth City councillor, Max Kay is quoted as saying that he is outraged that "Perth Fashion Week"
takes place in Subiaco, and it should take place in Perth City, saying "Subiaco is not the centre of fashion - We are!"
Max Kay was a stage performer in his immediate pre-councillor days. Being a proud Scottsman, he is
sometimes seen in his traditional kilt.
