Context : A Vincent Town Council meeting results in keen suggestions that the Town of Vincent should
build conveniences for dogs such as doggie-water-fountains/swimming pools,doggie-paths, doggie-obstacle courses etc.
The suggestions have not been supported by Vincent mayor Nick Catania.
