Context : More and more Perth residents experience blackouts on a frequent basis as Western Power
struggle to manage WA's power needs. Including several Fremantle businesses. The whole of Market street
was blacked out on Monday (Valentine's Day) crippling businesses who couldn't heat/cool their food,
operate their eftpos machines, or access their computers. (Pictured above is the Minister for Energy, Eric Ripper.)
